Duer Hot Springs Trek – 9 Days / 8 Nights
A Demanding Wilderness Expedition to Bhutan’s Hidden Natural Spa
The Duer Hot Springs Trek is one of Bhutan’s most challenging yet spiritually and physically rewarding highland adventures. This remote journey leads deep into the forests of Bumthang, ascending through virgin wilderness to reach the Duer Tsachu, a series of sacred natural hot springs revered by both locals and monks.
It’s a trail that promises raw nature, ancient legends, complete solitude—and a chance to soak your tired limbs in steaming thermal waters surrounded by wild forest. If you’re ready for rugged terrain, river crossings, and mystical mountain serenity, this trek will test and heal you in equal measure.
